I was stuck with this company since they contract with American Home Shield and I had to use whomever AHS sent out.The first time the A/C was broken I had to keep calling as no one called or showed up for the scheduled appointment. They eventually showed up 2 hours later. The unit was fixed and less than two weeks later it stopped working again. Had to go through the same process. Anonymous I'm going through the same thing now, absolutely horrible experience with them and AHS. I wouldn't recommend getting involved with AHS, they are the worst!
