Appliance World in Huntington two thumbs down. They prey on elderly people and sell discontinued and faulty appliances.

After several attempted repairs, they finally agreed to replace item but charged a SECOND delivery charge!

Is this even legal? Im furious!

Would never shop here again. Zero after sale service.

I tried to shop local and it backfired.

Bought a Thermador fridge and the unit broke after 1 week. Cost me 9,000 I was told to call the 800# I expected better service.

I went here on a recommendation of my kitchen designer. The showroom was very nice but the pricing turned out to be very very expensive.

They told me that everyone was the same price on Thermador and they would guarantee their prices. I ordered over 20k of APPLIANCE’s. A week later my friend recommended me to another store in Brooklyn. I was

Able to get a $1500 discount when I called appliance world back they gave me an extremely hard time in price matching I ended up cancelling the order.

It looks like their beautiful showroom is so nice because they charge top dollar for what they sell. So do your self a favor and look around before you buy here.

Don’t leave a deposit like I did till you triple check the prices. It’s very hard to get your money back otherwise.

I have spent over $16,000 on a range, microwave and dishwasher with Appliance world. The range, a Dacor, at $10,000, has broken prior to 2 Thansgivings and Appliance World has not done one thing to help!

Not expedite the parts, or call the repair company. The microwave needed sooo many repairs, we finally just replaced it. The same went for the dishwasher. It was becoming just too stressful to deal with them every time the darn things would break!

They care nothing for the customer once they have sold you the appliance. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't buy anything from this company.

Only helpful while they are selling it. Horrible when it needs service, and it will.

I was very upset to find that after spending thousands of dollars on hi end appliances the pricing they offered me was not such a good deal as I thought. Considering I was recommended to shop here from my contractor I would have assumed to get the best deal.

The appliances were delivered and I was told I needed a receipt to prove the lower price as an ad was not good enough. What was I supposed to go and buy the products elsewhere? seems like a quick way to blow someone off. Anyway do your due diligence and shop before making a purchase.

The showroom was nice and the salesman were very friendly but I work hard for my money and did not expect to pay top dollar.

I would think twice about buying here again. Not the best value for my dollar.
