Bad experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this dishwasher repair service. The technician was completely unprofessional and did not fix the issue at all.
When I asked what was wrong with the dishwasher, he said he didnt know. Then he said a part needed to be ordered, but when I asked which part, he again said he didnt know.
I explained that I believed the door spring had simply fallen off and was not broken, but he insisted it was done without properly checking it. He also left screws unscrewed and did not reassemble things properly before leaving.
What upset me the most was how careless and disrespectful he was in my home. When shutting off the water, he removed items from my cabinet and threw my belongings onto the floor instead of handling them carefully.
During the entire visit, he kept whistling, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
After he left, I checked the dishwasher two hours later and the door was still falling freely exactly the same way as before.
I was charged $154.29 for a repair that was never completed.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
The customer service was also very poor. I complained to the manager and called multiple times afterward, but no one took any action or followed up to resolve the issue.
