Worst ever and liars
I mistakenly gave a credit card to have on file to have two appliances looked at. They charged exorbitant costs to basically say one appliance had nothing wrong with it and was working normally, and the other had a screw loose on the door. I did not approve the costs, and now the just charged my card anyway. When I called to clear it up, they just kept passing me to different people and claimed that is "just how they work." Do not use them.
