Freezer never went below 36 degrees even after 48 hours from installation. I called the local store on the first day after the install and was told the service manager would call me.
He did not call, so I called the store, and to the store employee, I expressed that I was unhappy and wanted a replacement. I was told by the store employee that he would email the service manager and would let me know of his handling.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Call the manager explained what happen and he said that they are going to try to get the installers to speak English when they are at someone's house
From the phone call to set up the appointment to the installation the people could not speak good english And install when down hill from their. They would need me to do something like turn off the water could not say that in clear English. They wanted me to turn off the power abd could not say it good English what they needed.me to do.

Didn't pay for my training
Not a good Co.. They did not pay for my training days as stated in the hiring process. A lot of attempts to get a hold of some managers or supervisor and no one answered

My wife and I purchased a new front loader washer and dryer with pedestals paid in full from Luis than he died from covid 19. Now the new manager FRITZ IN FRUITLAND PARK. He WILLNOT deliver the pedestals after we got the washer and dryer I broke my BACK that's why we purchased all this it's been almost a year KEVIN OCONNOR.

Warranty
- - Washer and dryer bought at a fair price; the dryer had issues.

I haven't used this company for a couple of years. I bought a washer and dryer from them for a fair price.
The problem was, I had issues with the dryer several times and had to use the extended warranty. They use a outside warranty company, but I can't remember the name of them now. The warranty company gave me the run around for a long time and I had to contact the BBB to resolve the situation. The company fixed the problem but it was a stressful time in my life.
I contacted appliance direct in writting to speak with them about useing this company with no response.
Go somewhere else like Lowes or Home Depot to buy these items. They warranty their own items and have good prices.

Bought front load washer 1yr 4 mths ago had nothing but problems

I purchased a frigidare (gallery series) front load washer and dryer stackable a year and 4 monthes ago.
I had a year warranty and I had to have a repair man out twice during that warranty period for proplems.
This will be the third problem and the company I called out told me that it will be anywhere from $350 to $450 to repair .
They said it's the board inside and it happens all the time with this washer. I was even told that faulty parts are put in at times.
As a consumer I am very upset that I have to pay this amount to repair a washer that I purchased.
I will not purchase another frigidare product and I will let people know my experience and warn them to do the same.
