Applewhite and Company's long wait and rudeness
I filed my taxes with this company, a lady named Pam answers the phone most of the time. She is rude, doesn't know how to work with costumers and doesn't know how to deal with stress!! She kept saying she's busy, she a lot of things going on, she tells me how stressed she is and that my"issue is not important right now".
Very shady company too. There are rumors around the office,, which I over heard, that Jeff Applewhite (President) is being audited because people who are filing with him gets a lot more anywhere else even is you do it yourself online. That's one.

Third, is the wait... which I think I should put in the first part. The wait to get your tax refund is extremely long!!!! I don't know what Jeff does in his office, but it takes forever for him to file your taxes.
I Filed in early February. Got my tax refund mid-April. I have never waited that long in my entire life!!! I'm never coming back here again!
