Trying to return an item which was of very poor quality, they aren’t answering my emails to assist in returning item

I have bought a dress to wear for the evening of my wedding. This dress is nothing like the pictures and is of very poor quality.
I have emailed numerous times to return the item with no success.
I'm not someone who usually complains or leaves reviews but this is such poor customer service.

Very poor Customer Service
- - Ordered 2 anti-theft rucksack-style bags (black and brown) about 3 months ago.
- - Still not received.
- - No response to 3 emails sent to appledogs.co.uk.
I ordered 2 of their anti theft rucksack style bags approximately 3 months ago, one in black, the other in brown and to-date have still not received them. Despite 3 emails to appledogs.co.uk, and not receiving a response on how much longer I would have to wait to take delivery of these bags I believe now it's best that I try to recover the monies spent on these bags.

I have been trying for over 2 months to contact Appledogs.co.uk in regard to an order I placed over 3 months ago for 2 anti theft bags, one black the other in brown, but have had no response. I have sent 3 emails but no one has got back to me. May I have a refund please.
