I ordered tiles on the 30/01/20
I received NO communication in spite of endless emails to ask where is my order.i contacted my bank for a refund I finally heard back from them 2 weeks later with a delivery date and they still didntarrive, soo I had to take another day off work for them to arrive the following day , they said they would issue compensation they are now saying I lied to my bank and already had the tiles completely untrue , I requested the refund because I had no goods and no communication the money was returned to them on receipt of the tiles & they are now offering £10 absolute disgrace
