My husband spent hours on the phone with then and in the end they lost all my photos , of children, grandchildren, vacations and our anniversaries. They were supposed to store them and didn't. My phone was cut off without warning on Christmas eve night for being a day late with payment. I could not even call 911!!!! I have been a customer for ages & always pay my bill. If traveling, I could have been left stranded with no service & no 911. I could have been killed, raped, kidnapped due to having my phone cut off & being denied access to 911.
