Got no help from "tech" I paid for from apple

I called the apple help line to get help with my mac pc which wouldn't turn on. After about half hour with a Tennesee person who was impossible to understand, he told me he would need me to pay $29.00 for one month service. I gave him my credit card and then he told me to turn it on, even though I had told him in the beginning that it wouldn't turn on. I told him off and hung up. Apple is unfair!! Don't agree to pay the tech $29.99, he will not help you at all. I am going to refuse payment on my credit card

Apple iCare is Useless!!!

Do Not ever buy the Apple iCare extra protection plan. It is a waste of money. The computer or salesperson only cares about their commission. They are not educated about the plan and they don't care. I paid an extra $100 for their fake plan for my iPhone 4S and got nothing for it but a fake smile and fake apology from the Apple employees when I brought my phone in for replacement. At no fault of my own I was bumped on a friends balcony and my phone fell to its demise. So. thinking i had paid for the "extra" protection plan I took it to the Apple store. They said the phone is not "economically repairable". Meaning if they can't make money on it by reselling it they won't repair it. No where in the agreement that I purchased does it say that if the phone is broken in many part they won't replace it. They and the Sprint repls are liars and don't give a *** about the customer. They told me over and over again at the Apple store to call the company if I didn't agree with their explanation and apparently feel the company is so big they don't have to give a *** about the customer. I'm done with Apple for ever and will never purchase another Apple or MAC product again. The manager didn't give a *** when I said this. She just said "sorry you feel that way sir"! Well to me that means "We don't give a *** sir!" Customer service means nothing to this company and they don't give a *** what their resellers are saying to sell their products. Apple just lost another customer for life, but I'm sure they don't care. They make enough money and could care less about individual customers. Apple should be ashamed of themselves and Steve Jobs should be disgusted with his legacy! Goodbye Apple hello Droid!
