Still waiting on package delivery, 5 days late
Horrible delivery service. Suppose to have delivery between July 11th,and 17th.
8pm July 21st. Still no sign of my package. No email or call in regards to why,nothing. Spent 45 minutes wagon phone to speak to someone.
No luck. Pathetic

They did not know how to find a major university. Useless
I've used this address to receive packages for 3 years. It's unbelievable a company hires delivery people who won't even bother to look at Google Maps. I even provided instructions for where to park to most easily reach the office.
I tried calling Apple Express.
They put me on hold forever, then asked me to "schedule a callback." After I entered my phone number, the recorded voice said, "Your callback has been scheduled." With no time given. That's not "scheduled." That's telling the customer off.
EDITED: I just spoke with Apple Express, who said the reason is because I didn't supply latitude and longitude for the delivery address, of all things.The rep was irrational, and blaming me for their incompetence.
