God awful Landlords and Uncaring HUD

I have lived here for 8 years; there is mold, mildew, rust, and dust everywhere that has made me sick for years. There also happens to be a A/C unit recalled in 2007, asbestos on the ceiling, no fire alarm in the kitchen, and no fire escapes. There is a *** that whacks off to kids while he is outside and sometimes goes a few doors down to sale drugs to teens. HUD and the landlords tell me they do not have to fix anything and that what this can does is a "life choice." I have talked to neighbors about their places once in a while and one woman is in a wheelchair due to tripping on nails sticking out in her apartment. Once talked to another neighbor who pointed out for 12 years he has no water, and his heater does not work. HUD and landlords say it is not their problem. They also have a tendency to fire any manager that fixes thing and has not been a maintenance crew in years. If I could I would give this place a negative 2 million but whatever. To this day HUD still lies to new tenants and says they fix everything, and the place is in good standing.
