How do I get in contact with corporate

I was threatened and kicked out by a general manager in warkwick and would like her fired, so I need a number to call, the number given brings me to a store that has no idea they are customer service line

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Going into the business location is necessary and you must have the payment method info you used on line to show the staff.

They verified my statement and issue is resolved. Apparently the system has these issues.

After my purchase of two movie tickets, I verified my card was charged, but never received a confirmation of my e tickets via email or text All attempts to call the theater were unanswered. Each 8 attempts are answered with No one is here to answer your call. Thank you Nothing sent so cant input a refund request because no order number was sent to I put into the refund request

User's recommendation: Just be ready. Instant charge. Then nothing sent. No confirmation number or email or text came to me with my e tickets info.

I didn't receive my ticket

When checking out website had issue and gave me a blank screen and recieved no email however card was charged. CLled apple cinemas simsbury 4 times and got auto message of noone able to help and hung up every time. No way to contact anyone. Called waterbury they can pull up with my card when arrive but could not tell if my purchase actually went thru so could potentially ruin date night when babysitter finally available.

User's recommendation: Customer service can pick up and a way to resend email with receipt.
