This company becomes unreachable by phone or by email

I have a lifetime subscription that was suddenly suspended. I contacted them twice via email and I was informed that they cannot be reached via that method.

I called them and the machine keeps saying to call later. I hope that they are dealing with a temporary issue.

Keep taking money out of my account

I don't know what they are.for and they keep taking money out of our account. I even contacted them before and they said they would cancel and refund and haven't done with.

They took another transaction out this month. These are scammers

An authorized charges to my debit card

I tried to contact the company via the telephone number listed on their website however never received a human voice or a return phone call as indicated on the message. My debit card was charged on two separate occasions where one has been returned however the other one has it and they still have not made any effort to resolve the issue at hand as requested in the overall notice.

I am aware that according to the consumer financial Protection bureau they they are supposed to be able to respond to request and provide a human to speak with in cases such as unauthorized use of debit or credit cards. If that is so this company is not operating in compliance neither is this company even authorized to work in the state of Texas because they are not registered with the office of the Secretary of State nor the chamber of commerce and should be sanctioned for their unlawful and unjustly billing of customers who had no knowledge or use for their service.

I still seek to be compensated for the first charge of $19.95 that has not been returned and I wish it will be returned as soon as possible because I am a disabled person on a fixed income and don't know how they could have gotten my card information for which I've had to have it all changed around and now I have to go through and reorganize my billing for my necessary creditors due to their unlawful and illicit behavior of operating a business was furthermore I understand compromises to deceptive trade practices Act and they should be barred from operating in any state with failed compliance.

I really do want my 1995 back to be credited to my debit card as it should and wish that they would never ever charge me again

REFUND AND RUDE CHAT REP

i want a refund because your apowerREC does not work. I want to speak to a supervisor or manager because your chat rep RYAN is rude and stops the chat every time i ask for a supervisor.

I want to know the number to speak with a supervisor and the address where your company is located. RYAN disconnected me and when i refreshed my screen to go back into chat, i could no longer bring up the chat box again. RYAN did something on his end and locked me out, or stopped my from being able to access the chat because he does not want me complaining or filing a complaint about him. His actions are terrible and the owner needs to know about him.

I can't believe you would employ such a customer chat rep like him! I want to speak to a manager or supervisor and I want the address to write a certified letter to the owner. This is my second time trying to use your product, the APOWERREC and it does not work! RYAN tries to blame it on my system but my computer is BRAND NEW.

All troubleshoot steps that RYan gave me does not work. He has no more answer and cannot solve the answer, so he blocks me from using chat!

I had not problems using chat before I got connected to him, and now all of a sudden when he rudely disconnected the chat, I cannot bring up the chat box anymore. This is how your employee's act out to PAYING customers????!!!!

Apowersoft - Never received the product.

I have been using APowersoft's free online recorder to create lectures. I was impressed by the product, and decided to buy a one-year subscription.

What a terrible disappointment. They never sent me the activation code. I queried it - 3 times, over 10 days - but all I get is an automated email from a third-party agent telling me to wait for an answer.

My Aconclusion: APowersoft is a scam: avoid at all costs. They simply took my money and never delivered.
