Can't get ahold of the company too add to my subscription, there is no customer service! Sadits very sad because the products are great! There's just no way to get ahold of them.

I haven't received my confirmation email for the order that I placed

I placed an order last night, May 18th, only I have not received a confirmation email for my order..

Loss:
$57

Preferred solution: My products that I ordered, it should be under my email address. Something is wrong every time I try to activate my account it does not work either.
