Faulty product .

My prescription of a nasal spray that I received last month had two of three bottles that would not spray. I returned them to the pharmacy and they didn't want to replace them as defective.

I called the manufacturer APOTEX . They were very concerned and polite about the mater and took it from their.

Two days later the pharmacy called me to pick up two new bottles. THANK YOU APOTEX; AN HONEST AND RESPECTFUL COMPANY THAT STANDS BY IT'S PRODUCTS AND CARES ABOUT THE LITTLE GUY !!!

Package (label) of Fluticasone nasal spray

To Whom It May Concern: I have been using Flonase (Fluticasone) for several years, and for the most part, has controlled my rhinitis, although I did have a serious nose bleed about a year or so ago. My Doc discontinued it, but eventually I went back to using it "prn" and not daily.

My complaint however, is your packaging. The "super glued on label" should have a space so that both sides can be reviewed to determine the "amount left in the bottle." I have seen this on bottles of other drugs, and it lessens the frustration of trying to guess when the bottle is empty. So often, when you pump the bottle, nothing comes out. Perhaps it is because your nasal applicator is not the best kind, therefore making it difficult to dispense the medication.

I have tried scraping a portion of the label off so I can see the amount of liquid in the bottle, however not even a razor blade can accomplish this. I have recently read many complaints about your company, and their various products. It has made me think twice about your corporation, and will discuss this with my ENT Doc, who can change your med to another company to keep me from getting so frustrated.

Are you at all interested in rectifying this situation? Joanna Conn

Bad customer Service

I tried their Duloxitine and it gave me terrible chest pain, heart palpitations, and insomnia. I called them to see if I could get a refund or if they could pay for a lower dosage.

They said no. I asked if this had happened to others and if lowering the dosage would help with these bad side effects. They said they didn't know. So basically they won't help and don't know anything about their medication.

Horrible service. Mylan at least seemed to care more than these people.
