I emailed saying I want to cancel as soon as I got an email stating you are preparing my order. No response.
I called at least 6 or 7 times.
The line was busy. It appears the product was shipped and I was charged anyway.
Not all information was provided before product being purchased by me.
I'm completely upset with the way your website stated that I had to go through all these steps just to get my prescription AFTER my purchase, this is crazy. I completely do want my order, and at this point I just a refund.
