I wanted to cancel my order but was never connected to a live person. And nowhere was there a location to cancel on line.
- - I needed to cancel but got no help.
- - I must wait for delivery to return it.
- - I hope returning is easier than canceling, and I worry about a rip-off.
I ordered the product and IMMEDIATELY needed to cancel my order. I was never helped to get my order canceled.
So I guess Ill have to wait till it arrives and return the item. I hope returning it is much easier than trying to cancel.
I hope this company is not a rip_off. If I find out it is, I will report them.

- - Refund form was submitted twice; serial unreadable; returned item; no refund; husband has memory and cognitive loss and couldn't tolerate wearing.
I have twice filled out the refund form, except for the serial number, which was too small to read. I did get something to return it with and sent it back.
I have received no refund. My husband has mild memory and cognitive loss and was unable even to tolerate wearing the device, let alone comprehending it.
Im sorry. Id hoped it would help his anxiety and depression.
I sent everything below in my earlier communications.
