I have twice filled out the refund form, except for the serial number, which was too small to read. I did get something to return it with and sent it back. I have received no refund. My husband has mild memory and cognitive loss and was unable even to tolerate wearing the device, let alone comprehending it. Im sorry. Id hoped it would help his anxiety and depression. I sent everything below in my earlier communications.
