I'm not able to access the programming originally available on Apollo Tv. After contacting Apollo about not being able to view the programming originally available to my yearly subscription, they advise that I subscribe to a VPN to resolve the issue. This was not what I subscribed to and I refuse spending one more penny to obtain the services that I signed up for. I just want to receive the services that I paid for. I'm now waiting for a response to my last email to Apollot Group Tv Support for an answer.

I am not able to log in. The QR code sends me to an art site. I have 4 TV sets that do not work as I can't use start up show.

Now existing support no phone no nothing

lousy service, no support, you pay and then if breaks down and your locked out of your app

and no customer support at all

Some channels not very good stream. Always the same answer from support.

"We're working on it".

Good grief. This is frustrating.

Ive been calling Cash App Polo TV. Try to get in contact with bitcoin no success on retrieving my finances or getting my Apollo TV app up and running.

Please do not do Apollo TV through a bitcoin its a pure rip off. You will lose your money if you try it that way Ever since this took away the debit card and the PayPal everything went downhill.

My Start Up Show has been down since Sunday December 15, 2024 and Ive sent numerous emails to Apollo about it and they have no number to contact customer service about this issue. But email telling me to use a VPN which I have and been using.

Now Im asked out of $150 for a service that was paid for the whole year and it doesnt renew until next year. I just want my money back and I will never use this service again..
