Poor AOL performance
In hopes that AOL email will be improved with your new ownership, I am speaking for myself and many others (read the reviews). Many, through no fault of our own, were switched over to AOL by Verizon. At first I thought the lagging loading was my computer, but soon realized it was not happening with any other email service.
This is unacceptable and quite frustrating, causing more time to be spent reading and managing emails than is desirable or even healthy.
Please see to it that improvements are made, or there will be publicity about it that will not be complimentary.
