Delivered wrong product and Refused to take it back
- - Ordered Bluetooth CD player; got DVD.
- - They insisted the right product was sent; refused help.
- - China distributor; ApolloBox backed them.
I ordered a CD player that had bluetooth capabilities, etc. Got a DVD player that was not at all what I ordered.
The company insisted that they sent the right product despite my sending them pictures.
They refused to work with me on the problem. No one to talk to. They basically sent me the wrong thing and then took my money too.

Their "distributor" is in China and they refused to say they sent the wrong product and ApolloBox stood by them, not their customer.

I will write to the President of Apollo, if this is not handled quickly. There is no excuse for lousy service like this.
