I have used ApnTech's services for a year. ApnTech does not do what they advertise, and they are grossly overpriced.
ApnTech. ApnTech advertises to elevate businesses in both voice search and google search returns. A search today (5/2/2024) still did not list my business as a service provider in my area, my state, or my region. A Google search today (5/2/2024) did not list my business in the top 20 pages.
ApnTech has a policy that you must speak with a sales representative before cancelling your services with them.
Their sales reps are always too busy to take you call. In the rare occasions when you can get through it turns into a hard sales pitch for additional services.
ApnTech has absolutely terrible customer service. The people who answer the phone have a serious attitude. First, they may or my not get to your call depending on how they feel that day.
I have tried for more than three months to cancel my services, but each time the sales staff is too busy to talk. They promise they will call you back. When they do call, it is at the most inconvenient time.
I have told them that I hold my Board of Directors meetings on Tuesdays and my Board of Investors meetings on Thursdays and cannot answer the phone from 12:00-5:00 pm.
That's when they prefer to call.
The customer service representative who I spoke with today (5/2/2024) decided to chastised me and said, "well, maybe if you answered your phone we could've resolved this." The customer service representative's response was unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm here to tell you that I do not take kindly to lectures from customer sales representatives.
I asked to speak with the customer service representative's supervisor, and the customer service rep hung up.

This company did nothing it promised for the fees charged. I tried multiple times to contact them by phone and email.
Four times I requested a refund, as promised in their customer agreement and onboarding phone call - both by phone and by email. They did not respond to the first three requests and finally denied my refund, contrary to their refund policy. One of their email addresses given to me was bogus. At least one of their advertised website addresses is bogus.
The only people reachable by phone are in a marketing call center and have no authority to do anything but make sales. They will not provide another phone contact.
By all indications, this is a scam. My only recourse was to dispute the charge with American Express, who credited back the charge.
