Lack of assistance with claim

12 weeks after lodging claim no information unless I call only to be told no further action until they receive fire report for total loss of motorhome not interested to follow up on their e mails indefinably on hold till they receive report matter going to ombudsman and cancelling other policys

When I started this policy , I stipulated that I wanted proper roadside service.. Not just a truck arriving.

A truck arrived no mechanic.

I sent the truck away,and repaired the fault myself. For the the price of my policy poor service, I could have got the same result from RACQ for a policy for half the price , because that's what they end up doing ,sending a truck

I have given you the opportunity to rectify my change of name from Robert Williamson to Bevan James Holland on the funeral insurance plan taken out and paid for by my wife June Williamson since 2011.

I will be taking further action to highlight your lack of satisfactionary action as advised in my call of September 4th

Preferred solution: Rectify my change of name on the funeral policy in place since 2011

User's recommendation: Do not accept their assertions of you being a valued customer if they are at the direction of a third party underwriter. I believed I was dealing with APIA as my insurance company and this is not necessarily so.
