Never sent item
Ordered a bracelet, they sent shipping notice but never sent the item and then told me never got an order but still taking payments from Affirm and they wont respond to my emails. I am extremely pissed off with this company and currently in a dispute thru Affirm so they will stop taking money for the item
- Does not work to resolve issues and no communication
Preferred solution: An answer an apology refund or to send the item I ordered Communication!
