Nasty billing department

Tried to reschedule my appointment with Kelly. Kelly tells me that I have a bill going back to 2016.

Explain to Kelly that I never received the invoice. She tells me that invoice was sent to collections already but if I want appointment to pay the invoice. I told her to mail it because Im not paying for something that long. Called again to confirm about my upcoming appointment for Thursday.

Was told it was cancelled due to an invoice. Explain to Kelly again and the supervisor to send me the invoice for something that was already sent to collections in 2016.

The supervisor tells me that shes not going to argue with me and hangs the phone up in my face. Never going to do business with them ever again.
