They haven't returned my funds! They're trying to defraud me of my funds

It's all a scheme Webull and Apex put together to defraud customers of their assets. So they come up with all these diabolical ways to keep your funds. I was told I'd be receiving my crypto currency. It's been a month now and still nothing. Is there any help? Find me a location for the business at least. These are certified crooks.

I'd theft

I received a letter stating them my address had been updated in that I should notify them whether or not this was authorized or not but why would they not leave me a call back number. Also this number provided by pissed consumer is the wrong number. Apex clearing corporation I've never personally worked with so the address being updated is still an issue
