They came to my house to repair my freestanding ice maker. They determined that they needed to take it to their shop (may 2012) for repair.
I kept calling to check on it and never got a live person and rarely received a call back. Very poor customer service. They claim they kept needing to order parts and the wrong ones came it. After 8 plus weeks they finally returned the unit to us but missing two face plates.
Now the gears are showing and there is no temperature *** I spoke to Mike on 6-25th and he said he would look for the parts and call me back. I sent them pictures of the missing part areas per his request.
Here we are 8-2-12 and they have not called me. I am so disappointed.
