Great unit until it goes wrong no customer service at all the worst I have come accross

Had a item that was faulty they said send it back but no returns procedure is cost £ 60 to return, they had it for a month no replies to emails then they told me it had been fixed and they sent me a bill. They do not accept card payment you have to put money in there bank trouble is if you live in the uk there is a £ 28 charge, I am still waiting for the unit to come back after 1 month and £ 100 for a simple repair. I have been in business for 50 years and this is the most shocking service I have ever seen.

User's recommendation: Don’t send them ant thing ,try and deal with your retailer.
