Given the run around after I was given the green light

I was instructed to call the dealership that the car was purchased from to be able to use the appearance . After 2 days of going in circles and no one at the dealers knowing what to do or what department to speak with it.
So after researching, I found a place to do paint correction from hard water spots and clean the upholstery. I was given the green light to have the wk done. Low and behold 480 plus dollars, and now they do not want to give me my money back.
Beware, they don't honor their warranty. They take my money and ran.
