Morgan Properties - Maintenance

The new maintenance crew is very sad. The office staff have not been very reliable in getting their maintenance to complete the work orders.
Every since the company changed to Morgan Property they have gown down. It is hard to communicate with some of the office staff because they act like they have attitudes. The pool passes are outrageous for guest passes. They haven't done any upgrades to charge 30$ for a pool pass.
They were affordable when the company was Harbor. I am very dissatisfied with the maintenance. It has been over 3 months and I have not received the help to fix my ceiling.
The toliet is still stopped up and that is going on 3 weeks. I would rate them a 0 on a scale of 1 to10.
