I left a bad review and want to remove it and you have no feature to do that. I need to remove a negative review for the Meadows Apartments in Asheville.

It's very important.

I need to remove a bad review I wrote it's very urgent. It's the Meadows Apartments in Asheville where I live.

Silverpines senior apts located in sandy Utah. Review is listed as samanthanorth84088@***.com.

This is a fictional name. No One has ever lived here by that name. I have written apartment ratings numerous times regarding this review for over a year and they refuse to remove it.

Apartment ratings us committing fraud by stating verified resident when Samantha north is a fictitious name.

I am asking apartment ratings to remove this illegal review. I have written Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and Better Business Bureau.

There are 3 ratings, 2 of which were way after I left the company that have my name. I know that when I worked there if there was a name listed it could be removed.

I am a Realtor and when you google my information the property comes up with negative reviews and my name. I do not want that impacting my business in any way. I am not asking to remove the ratings or comments just my name and replace with management. I only did what I was supposed to per the company and these residents are pissed off stating my name as if I made up the rules.

It is impossible to contact anyone with ApartmentRatings. I left a message last week and nobody returned my call.

The property I worked at was Plantation Gardens in Plantation Florida off of 5th Street.

I have tried for days to reach out to someone in your office to update the prices for my community. No answer, no response.

You would think for a company that is set up to accepts rating for us as customers, there would be someone to answer the phone or at the very least call back. Website is very unfriendly for the merchant.

NEW MANAGEMENT

Swan Lake was purchased by the management company overseeing the apartment complex next door; formally called Heron Cove. Unfortunately, the change in management is at the detriment of the tenants, particularly the original Swan Lake residents. New management is not as friendly as the former team.

REMOVAL OF AMENITIES

a) Swan Lake fitness center was removed with no explanation from management whatsoever. If tenants want to use a fitness room, they need use the gym next door, after purchasing a $50 amenities key. The Swan Lake fitness room is now used by management as a tool shed and storage area.

b) The dog park was removed. The new bark park is located at the complex next door.

c) The Club House is closed and now abandoned. In order to use it, the residents have to pay to rent it.

d) All community metal garbage containers were removed. There is ONE trash compactor for both apartment complexes. In order to dump the trash, residents have to walk to the complex next door to dispose of it. Residents that live in the back of the complex, have to DRIVE their garbage to the trash compactor. Some tenants drive with their trash on the hood of their cars.

THEFT

Recently, ALL of the large mailboxes were broken it. ALL packages were stolen. Someone also broke into the vending machine in the laundry room and stole money and all the snacks. There has been no communication whatsoever from managements acknowledging these issues, nor its plans to handle the situation.

CHANGE IN PET POLICY

Prior to new management, there were no dog breed or size restrictions. Now, all tenants with medium, large or aggressive dog breeds have to move once their lease expires.

MAINTENANCE

Apartment repairs are rarely accomplished the first time; several follow up calls may be needed. And then when they do come, it’s typically not addressed correctly; requiring a return trip.

The maintenance crew speeds through the complex on golf carts, at times, coming close to hitting someone in the parking lot. The maintenance men have also ruined what little landscaping there was, by driving across the lawn and killing the grass.

LEASING AGREEMENT

Your leasing arrangement means absolutely nothing. They change the conditions of the lease when they see fit. Several tenants found out through a letter that their lease would not be renewed. When asking management why they couldn’t stay, their response was “we don’t have to tell you why we are not renewing your lease; just like you don’t have to tell us why you’re moving out.” Unbelievable!

There are plenty of apartments available at Swan Lake. There will be even more in the summer because most of the tenants are moving out!

They do not have any customer service. You can call and leave a voicemail but if its about complaints they don't want to hear it.

You can also report something via email but you have to wait for a response. However they have sales representatives ready to book you for advertising. Why can't they have regular CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I talked to a sales employee and he wanted me to give him my business in exchange of him helping me out.

Are you kidding me? Useless, useless, useless...Will be complaining in any other site that I can.

Hopefully they can change something. Ridiculous!

This "supposed" consumer website that is to educate consumers on good or bad rental communities is a joke at best. This site allows people to slam apartment owners with no back up or proof of their accusations.

I know several people who get pissed at their landlord because "they" did not pay rent and are being kicked out. Or feel the rules should not apply to them meaning in accordance with the lease agreement. They then go on the site "anonymously" and lie about the community in order to seek payback for what they themselves have done wrong. I think it is terrible that people can wrongly slander without going through proper channels like the Better Business Bureau where complaints are investigated for legitimacy.

Don't get me wrong people should be allowed to express the TRUTH however they should NOT be allowed to make up *** that is not true and sites like ApartmentRatings should have the responsibility to investigate complaints before allowing derogatory posts that are untrue.

If you go to this site and believe anonymous posts then shame on you as you are probably missing out on a great place to live because you are listening to an anonymous person who feels ENTITLED!
