He was not very helpful and he was very rude. Most of his emails he sends me *** yells he is very rude to me.

- - Had ten new leads, paused flow while setting up a CRM.
- - Leads disappeared after reloading; the support reply was abusive and the account was closed.
I logged into my leads account, and saw that I had ten new leads, and then I put my account on pause, so that I could stop new leads from coming in. I am just getting set up on a CRM app and I am taking in new leads very slowly.
But then when I re-loaded my page to see if I had any more new leads, the ten new leads disappeared. So I left a message to the Help service to help me resolve this.
Well, I got a reply back from Don Reid that it was all my fault and that I should not be starting and stopping the flow of leads. He like yelled at me in his email. I explained what I was doing in a reply.
He emailed back even more abusively.
And again I tried to explain. And it just got more and more abusive and he finally told me to F### off, he was closing my account.

Preferred solution: Nothing. He gave me a partial refund for coupons I purchased and I'm grateful for this. But He is not an easy person to deal with.

- - Don Reid was rude and insulted me about replacing unused leads after my account was cancelled, and he called me a broke person after he got my money.
I asked Don Reid a simple question about my lead account that had been cancelled, and he was very rude in his response and called me a broke person because I asked if he could replace the leads that I didn't use since he cancelled my account due to me not logging in after a while. They guy is a total jerk and insults and talks down to you if you question him, especially after he gets your money. I recommend you stay away from this company or anything associated with this guy Don Reid.

I am sorry to say, but this comment is totally in agreement with my recent experience with Don. I am sorry to have to report this, but Don is a very angry person, and not at all professional when you try to have a discussion with him about a legitimate issue.
Guy Don told me to F OFF after I requested my leads

We had a smiliar experience with Don Reid and his scam outfit Apache leads. We paid in advance and waited and waited.
No leads, when we rang to question when we can expect the leads we got the run around. The staff are really really ***, and dont care, Don is just an out and out scammer. Rude, remorseful and does not give a *** about you once you paid him. Ask for a refund and get lies and abuse.

Apache Leads are scammers

I have also had endless issues with Don Reid and his so-called business Apache Leads... the issue? well once you pay you get nothing!!
I never got the leads paid for from this scam outfit!
They have refused to give me a refund, after 4 weeks of waiting and asking them.
He sends very rude abusive emails, when ever one dares asks "where are the leads paid for?" this man should not be in business.
Do Reid is a self centred *** who rips people off and NEVER EVER delivers what he promises.
Do not buy from Apache Lerads, they have really poor service, aireheads for staff and endless "glitches" in their system.
I have been told that leads are slow at the moment, nearly a month- they lie and steal your money - that's what this company is ALL about!
Why do people write lies!! I have ordered from Don and always get telephone interviwed leads.

Don from Apache leads is very rude and hates to be questioned. He had a promo going where you pay fist and get 20% extra call time if there calling your leads for you. Well he must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning 08/250****. He got really agitated for me asking him how much more call time and leads is 20% . He told me how i must be *** at the moment and that i need to get off his site. Had his guy Shane disconnect chat when i tried to get back on chat . So i would suggest to anyone considering APACHE LEADS please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
