Verified ReviewerBilling issues and errors, poor customer service
- - Over $1,500 owed for duplicating a member; refund promised.
- - Paid $2,141.92 to catch up; bill jumped from $502.02 to $1,501.89 with no explanation.
Regarding policyholder: R** R***** LLC
Policy number: *****
About 2 weeks ago, we discovered that Next owes our company over $1500 for duplicating one of our members, listing him on the policy twice under 2 different formats of his name, and double charging us for his workers comp. Next even sent us a letter to confirm this, saying we would be repaid for the overpayment.
We just paid $2141.92 on November 24th, to catch up on a missed payment, which still included the erroneous upcharge for the duplicated member.
This policy is a significant burden to our small company financially, due to this extreme overcharging.
Today, I got an email stating there had been a change to our upcoming payment amount but was not given a reason. Our bill was supposed to be $502.02, but was increased last minute to $1,501.89-- furthermore, I only just received this letter on the same day the payment was to be taken.
This is absurd, we are too small of a company for this to be sustainable. What is going on now?
And why is the notice of this drastic price increase so short?
Additionally, when will we get the money back that we're owed for overcharging us? We have fallen behind because of this error, and it will be impossible for us to catch up until you make it right.
- Hard to get customer service to communicate
- Overcharges
Preferred solution: Price reduction
