As of today, have not received a full refund, but they do send e-mails validating their position. I have take to going directly to U-tube site and leaving warnings to potential customers.

Took so long, I cancelled my order, 5 hours later they took my $$$ Delivered sunglasses without prescription lens. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake, and has offered a reduced rate to reorder, "NO" I want my money back.

Customer service is non-existent, and a complete disaster in that they did not honor their own customer service policy. Please don't use this company, they are "Thieves", I am 74 years old, what can I do with sunglasses, "NOTHING!"
