They keep breaking my ability to sync email using outlook

They're breaking my ability to sync email using outlook. Then want $29. a month to fix it. When I say no, they lower it to the top $19. I still say no but they continue to tell me how happy I'll be if I give them money to fix what they intentionally broke. It seems my only choice is to pay the extortion or use their website that filled with ads. I found this article "Verizon sells media businesses including Yahoo and AOL to Apollo for $5 billion PUBLISHED MON, MAY 3 2021" It appears Apollo is intentionally breaking me to extort money. Twice in the past 2 weeks.

User's recommendation: Stay clear of aol. I was forced when verizon fios gave mail to them.
