They couldn't help me, but at least they provided useful information. They made me feel like it was not due to unwillingness to help, but simply because of policies and procedures. At least I found more ways to fix the issue, and they also helped me with the language preference I had.

I initially set the monitor up using the display port cable and later set it up using the HDMI cable, but neither gave any sound output.
I checked the Device Manager and got this error below, but I don't know how to resolve it.
Device SWD\MMDEVAPI\{0.0.0.00000000}.{4dcc107e-825*-***b-bceb-ca249a6f69a2} was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

Preferred solution: I want to know how to get sound from the monitor. Please, advise how to fix the issue.

I have a vertical line crossing back and forth. I don't know what caused it to occur. I tried to follow a YouTube solution, but I couldn't get through it. I'm 79 and my hearing and vision are not very good. Can you provide me with a step-by-step list that I might understand? Is there a PDF user manual explaining what the buttons on the monitor screen are?

I recently bought the AOC GM200 mouse however it will not show up on the g-menu, is something wrong?
I would like to change the debounce time to get higher clicks per second however this is an issue.
