The lady I spoke to was unprofessional. She started yelling when I expressed concerns about the return policies. When I asked to speak to a manager, she stated that she couldnt do that, unless the return wasnt going smoothly and more or less stated that the issue was my understanding of the policy and that she was right, even though she stated 3 different things about how I would receive the replacement. She then followed up with she was going to change the email to all customers, and when I asked how she could change the email to all customers but couldnt send me to her manager, she said it was actually just being sent to me because I was the only customer in the 15 years in returns that couldnt understand the clear instructions, so due to my lack of understanding she would make it simpler to understand for me. When I called her out for being unprofessional, she blew up. I even asked to speak to another customer service rep since she couldnt handle the situation without letting her emotions overwhelm her, and she told me I could just call back until I reached someone else, but I would most likely get her a few pre times in a row.

Duped to buying your DAMAGED product

In 5th of February 2022, I bought a Computer Monitor (Mode No: C24V1H/WS)(Serial No: AOCW9C32L330****)From DATA LINK COMPUTERS, KANJIRAPALLY. Unfortunately it was showing colour changing in monitor screen very first day. The installer said me in time of installation, it was not a hardware comlaint it happens because the settings are change, but he could not make it correct. 2 months ago, one of my customer noticed this mistake and advised me it is a board complaint. On the basis of that advise , many time tried to contact your customer care. Only managed to contact your customer care after 1 month of continuous attempts. But he is not ready to discuss the problem and solution. Instead, he assigned another person to solve the problem. Again 10 days to took contact me, the assigned agency. After hearing the complaint they said cannot possible to give guarantee/warranty. After a few days, another person called and said that, AOC COMPANY can allow alms if I wants Rs.6852/-. Let me humbly remind you of something. It is not beggars who buy products from you to give alms. I was duped to buying your bad product. As per your terms and conditions, I demand replacement of your defective device. Where in your policy does it say you will pay amount(after depreciation) for a damaged device?. If you are unable to act your guarantee/warranty conditions, officially inform me. Thanks& Regards LIBIN BABY GROCERS MART +91 999 5** ** 81

WE WERE NOT REIMBURSED THE WHOLE AMOUNT PAID

We had the misfortune to have to claim warranty against AOC-Brasil, our local subsidiary of AOC Envision Peripherals and object of many consumers complains. They manipulated things in order to take illegal advantage at your cost. Brazilian law says the local branch and the manufacturer have joint responsibility. In the case of our Breeze Tablet made in China AOC-Brasil proposed to reimburse the purchase price. This was done in the most gross and unacceptable way, by changing the purchase date and the US$ exchange rate in their favor, thus stealing 32% from us. We have written to Hong-Kong headquarters with the claim details, asking them to instruct AOC Brasil to refund us the correct amount paid. AOC-Brasil hasn´t answered the intimation of our Consumers Protection Organization, nor all our messages and letter. At the same time, while Hong Kong is reading this, we have entered action against AOC-Brazil at the brazilian justice.There will be much more to pay than our purchase price: moral damages, legal fees, attorneys, reputation, brazilian and international consumers rights organizations.

AOC Envision Peripherals Inc.

Looking for a reliable monitor AOC is not worth the money. I bought 19in. in 07 and twice shipped for the same problem to their tech site for the same problem. the first time they fixed it the second I was required to pay 125. why invest in a problem that might occur again. The company president does not respond to that question. no discount just pay or go away. AOC Envision Peripherals Inc. should not be your first choice second or last or you could be paying twice for a bad monitor. Makes you think of thier other products.
