I bought my son glasses from this company just the frames, they do not offer any warranty with just the frames with kids I would of gladly bought the warranty however when you bough the warranty you would still have to pay extra money for the fix. My son's prescription is more money than the frames so he needs them to see.

The glasses broke at the arm and not his fault it was a defect only three months of purchase and they wanted me to buy another pair for the same cost and not want to help with the repair or even call around to help to find the same frames which they said was discontinued. I called customer service and they were the same way.

That when customer service called the store to up date the manager of the situation both ladies start to talk about the customer as I was standing right their with my two kids. Very unprofessional and mean customer service I will never recommend anyone to buy from this company.
