Unreliable customer service
I sent an email to customer supper support and never got a response until I registered with pissedconsumer.com and sent 7th message. Rij responsed via pissedconsumer.com and sent a new password, without carefully reading my message that the issue was that the account is locked and my request is to have it unlocked.
I am aware of the procedure for resetting my password, changing it multiple times will not resolve the issue since the account remains locked. The account must be unlocked for the password reset to be effective.
I sent an email to customer service again basically to unlock my account to allow me use my account and no response till date

Preferred solution: I want my account unlocked and if they can't; they should pls close my account and stop charging me

Trouble with the account
Their system was down. They simply couldnt tell me that until there is a update later that day or the next day I dont remember.
