Verified Buyer |Looking for a battery charger for my trike
Answer the phone with a humanxe I would like to get a phone call back from somebody to find out how long it takes me to get a battery charged. My truck is my only former transportation.

Verified Reviewer |Fraud. ANYWHERE BIKES TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER THE TRIKE I ORDERED. THEY WERE PAID BY MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND UPON REPEATED REQUESTS HAVE REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY REQUEST FOR ORDER CANCEL
DI ordered a trike on 5/26/2023, ANYWHERE WAS PAID $2899.00 BY MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CAPITAL ONE ON 5/27/2023 and ANYWHERE CONFIRMED MY ORDER FOR AN ANYWHERE BREEZY EDITION TRIKE BY E-MAIL ON 5/27/2023. The trike was to be delivered 7/16/2023.
I did not get the trike. I contacted ANYWHERE BIKES BY E-MAIL ON 7/17/2023 regarding delivery of the trike. On 7/17/2023 I received an E-mail from ANYWHERE BIKES INDICATING THAT THERE WAS A DELAY IN DELIVERY DUE TO LATE PARTS DELIVERY. ANYWHERE SAID AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVED THE PARTS THE WOULD PRIORITIZE THE ORDER.
AS OF 12/15/2023, I had not received the trike and I had not been given a delivery date nor a refund. I contacted ANYWHERE REPEATEDLY BY PHONE AND EMAIL AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. ANYWHERE STILL HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY REQUSTS FOR CANCELATION AND REFUND.
INDID NOT GET THE TRIKE. ANYWHERE HAS NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY.

I am unable to contact anyone to discuss ordering the right parts to repair my anywhere trike breezy edition. Can you help?
Their customer service doesn't like to respond to emails, texts or phone calls.
I have been talking to 2 fellows there about getting a replacement b attery and niether one of them has responded. I have sent Nate many text messages and he does not repond and I have sent Patrick Gallagher many emails and he doesn't respond.
It has come down to buying a battery from someone else.
I like my Trike, but their customer service sucks. But they take the payment from Shop Pay for the Trike every month.

I had researched different trikes online and settled on a model that was sold by Anywhere Bikes. I placed the order and received a confirmation email that stated the trike would be shipped within three to five business days.
I was excited to receive my new trike and eagerly waited for it to arrive.
After a week had passed with no sign of the trike, I reached out to customer service to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that there was a delay due to a supply chain issue and that the trike would be shipped within the next few days. I was assured that I would receive a tracking number once the trike had been shipped.
Days turned into weeks, and I still had not received any updates on the status of my order. I contacted customer service again, and this time I was informed that the trike was out of stock and that they were waiting for a new shipment to arrive.
At this point, I was frustrated and disappointed that I had not been informed of this earlier. I asked for a refund, but was told that they could not issue one until the trike was officially marked as lost in transit.
After another week went by, I finally received an email stating that my trike had been lost in transit and that a refund would be issued. However, when I checked my account, the refund had not been processed. I reached out to customer service once more, and after several emails back and forth, I was finally issued a refund.
The entire experience was frustrating and time-consuming, and it left a sour taste in my mouth.
While I understand that supply chain issues can occur, the lack of communication and follow-up from Anywhere Bikes was unacceptable. I was disappointed that they did not take ownership of the situation and instead chose to pass the blame onto external factors.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Anywhere Bikes to anyone based on my experience.
While they may offer a variety of cycling products and services, their poor communication and lack of accountability make them an unreliable company to do business with. If you are in the market for a trike or any other cycling equipment, I suggest looking elsewhere for a more trustworthy and dependable vendor.

Verified Buyer |Big mistake
Excitement about my new Anywhere ETrike quickly turned to disappointment. It was delivered damaged, it doesnt work, and they wont ship it back.
Katrina@***e said they would file an insurance claim - so Anywhere is covered. Good for them. But the customer is on the hook for return shipping - even when a bike arrives damaged and useless. Buyers beware of Anywhere Bikes.
Three main problems:
1.
Shipping. The ETrike arrived in a badly damaged box. The delivery guy said their boxes usually break.
2. Quality.
The battery does not charge. After two hours, the charger overheated, and charging quit at one bar. The rear wheel assembly rubs metal-on metal (this comes pre-assembled). The trike is too hard to pedal without battery assist.
I had to PUSH it back to the garage after an attempted test-ride.
3. Customer service. Promises of a new battery/charger, and of repair service at home did not materialize. (And a brand new bike should not need repair service, straight out of the box.) Return shipping for damaged bikes is not covered.
Communications are poor.
Do not trust Anywhere reviews on their website, They solicited my review after I bought this ETrike. They changed my 1-star to 5-stars automatically.
And my review was not published. So you are not seeing the bad reviews, and the stars are not always what reviewers submitted.

Not good
Anywhere bikes, do not have customers in mine. They are slow they do not return phone calls and as far as the quality of the bike, not that good they have a problem with supply chains and customer service is pathetic.
All they are interested in is profit, not the consumer at all you have a problem they dont care, and they do not wish to honor their warranty, they try to get away from it or they dont have to fix it. They use any excuse possible it is far is false advertisement they do that a lot they say one thing and then they hide behind.
Oh its buried in the website somewhere where you have a hard time, finding the actual truth of their policies, which are low and very best. They just simply dont care bad company.

Faulty Trike, No customer service
Firstly, they shipped my trike to a wrong address.
Secondly, they sent a broken trike.
Thirdly, they overcharged me.
Finally, they refused to make it right, so I had to send my complaint to the BBB and the Attorney General.
