The owner wont back his product and is misleading

Purchased 2 items over the last year. A salt system for an above ground pool paid a lot of money for it had his men install it and no one ever said a word to me about the salt system voiding the warranty for an above ground pool.

Now all of my top rails all rusted to pieces. Purchased a new vacuum head from the store this year and when I opened the pool I used the new head on the pool AFTER I let the robot get most of the crud up. The pool held water all winter until I cleaned the liner with the new head and it sliced the liner bottom about 2 inches. I told Mike about it and he called me liar and said it couldn't happen.

Well it did...I ask for a refund and he acted like I was raping his wife....couldn't believe I wanted a refund for something that ripped the liner....was I suppose to use it again?....Lost this customer for life. Kiss My *** !

Service Reliability Problems Review

VERY disappointed with there work, customer service and there reliability. The broke parts and flat out lied to us saying they were at my house, when they ABSOLUTELY were not.

Will not ever recommend them to anyone. Any time pools and spas are TERRIABLE.

I paid for an estimate but they never called me back or *** with me.

In Sept 2013 after a storm my hot tub stopped working and I called this local company to look at my spa--tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate for repairs. They came to my home spent about 10 minutes looking at my tub.

They took a picture, wrote down the model/serial number of my tub. They told me I needed a certain electrical part. Someone would call me in a few days with an estimate for repair costs. No one from this company ever called me back.

After 2 weeks I called them-they assured me that I was not forgotten as they were attempting to get me a good price. I waited 2 more weeks and called them back again. Still looking for a good price I was told. I told them this was unacceptable and I said that I was going elsewhere.

I asked for a refund of my 129$ that I had to pay when the technician came to my house. They refused stating they have been looking for a good price for me and they should not have to

pay me back. They said they were looking but how was I supposed to know this as they never communicated with me after they took my 129$. I disputed this with my credit card company but I still had to pay because I could not show proof that I was guaranteed an estimate.

This is why I contacted them in the first place. This sounded under handed to me so I contacted the BBB. This company actually lied to the BBB and stated that they had gotten back to me 3 days after their initial visit to my house.

I was able to obtain proof from my phone company that they never called me or *** at all. The only calls between them and me was when I called them.

I am waiting to hear back from the BBB when they review my phone records and see proof that this company out right lied and are indeed very unethical.

I am currently contemplating filing a law suit. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Charged for a warranty part and service

Customer service horrible. Referred by Masterspas as a service center for my Hot Tub. They took several weeks to order the part. The part was under full parts and labor warranty. Once the part arrived, Darlene a sales rep for anytime pools and spas, informed me that there would be a "transportation & service fee". I told her that MasterSpa said that there would not be a fee for service. I also asked Darlene what portion of the 283.00 quoted was for service, and what portion was for transporting the part (less than 30 miles, 5lb part). She would not give me an answer. After consulting with the owner Mike Jones, she said it was all for transporting the part. I spoke with Masterspa, they said the company should not be charging me for labor. Masterspas call them, and they reduced there charges to 143.00. I called them and they wanted me to give my credit card information over the phone, before coming out to install the part. This seemed odd to me because the day before they requested that I be there for payment. I have never met anyone at this business, and was concerned that there was some kind of identity theft scam about to occur.

The owner was very nasty, and I have complained about his establishment to Masterspa.
