No customer service never picks up. It brings one time and then hangs up.
The phone rang one time and then hung up, and I tried this twice. There does not seem to be customer service.
If you talk to someone where you pick up your mail, they only refer you to the website. So if you're looking to talk to a person, it’s probably not going to happen.

Resolved: Missing permission to forward my mail
- - Mailbox at 9901 #1088 Brodie Ln, Austin, TX 78748.
- - Forwarding to 3665 Herons Landing, Reno, NV 89502; address verified; confirm notary re-do.
Finally after mutliple attempts to acknowledge the verification process, it went through, but it was an arduous and difficult issue to get solved. I called customer service more than once, wrote multiple tickets, and totally re: verified the forwarding address and still didn't get resolved. So I just kep repeating the suggested processes over and over to finally get important mail forwarded to the intended address.
My anytime mailbox is located at 9901 #1088 Brodie Lane, Austin Tx 78748. I recently requested for my mail to be forwarded to 3665 Herons Landing, Reno 89502, Nevada.
An address that was already verified and has been used before for mail to be forwarded there, only to receive a notice that I now have to re:do the notary and start from scratch to do it again. I would appreciate this matter being handled so that I can continue to have mail sent to that house address. Please confirm when this is done.

User's recommendation: Unless you are SUPER tech savvy, consider yourself a DIY to figure out any issue you may have navigating Anytime mail. When I had an issue and asked for help, the instructions were not correct. I followed all the promts and none of it worked. Then received a bunch of techno babble that if I wanted to spend hours of my life trying to figure it all out with "hopes" to find the right help. I would not advise anyone who had not been on the administrations side of Anytime Mail. And as far as the "Pissed Off" cute way to avoid fixing it, I will not waste my time being "Pissed off", bur rather warn anyone else who thinks they are going to get efficient customer service to know that this is NOT customer service, its a DIY system. So good luck if you have the courage to become a customer.

No customer support seems to be available after I've called multiple times; either the phone hung up after the automated message, or the line was busy.

I request to have my mail forwarded to my current address and it was not need to speak to a representative to find out what address it was shipped to.

New customer, have not recvd any mail after three weeks

I found out this had nothing to do with Anytime Mailbox. They did everything perfect.
I failed to fill out a change of address form earlier on in the process, so that is why I wasn't getting any mail.
I don't get a lot of mail anyway, but there is usually something every 2-3 days. Either way, I rescind my initial comments as what happened had nothing to do with them at all.

- - Had trouble locating someone to speak to; started via text or email.
- - I finally spoke to someone after long holds; a callback was not received.
The problem I initially had in the beginning was trying to locate someone to speak to. I was texting or email to get started with the service.
I also, called several time and no answer or held on for a long time and was asked to leave my number for a call back. But, never received it. Finally, I got to speak to someone.
Hopefully everything on my end and yours are all worked out now. Thanks!!
