I am an owner of a multifamily with 4 furnaces and oil tanks. I live out of state as well.

Anytime fuel is trustworthy and prompt. There are never any issues with this company when I place an order. The last things you want when you are hundreds of miles away is to deal with someone who is inept.

I know when I call Anytime and speak to Lily that once I hang up the phone, I am all set. You will not find that too often these days.

I am so happy with anytime FUEL they've been very good with helping me many times when I ran out of oil being a single mom its been really hard and they've always been reasonable and always been on time to get oil to me I'm very grateful I love the ladies there they're all very nice thank you again highly recommend

AFTER MY FULL SERVICE OIL COMPANY LET ME RUN OUT OF OIL FOR THE THIRD TIME. MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS SICK AND THE HOUSE WAS GETTING COLDER EVERY PASSING MINUTE AND I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET ANY OIL UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. SO I WENT TO THE WEB AND FOUND ANYTIME FUEL OIL AND IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES LATER A TRUCK ARRIVED AND SHORTLY MY HOME WAS WARM AGAIN. IF NOT FOR ANYTIME FUEL OIL I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Anytime Fuel Oil. Due to a small oil tank and tight budget, I have a tendancy to run out of oil.

Though it is my problem, not theirs, Anytime always gets oil to me quick. Just a couple of days ago, I woke up to find I had no heat/hot water. Due to work commitments, I did not have a chance to call until 1:00 in the afternoon to place an oil order. I certainly did not expect a delivery that day, but was very pleasantly surprised to get home at 5pm and find I had oil already!!

Dear Groton Customer, of course Anytime Fuel Oil will assist anyone anytime when they are in need of heat. As with most oil companies, the deliveryman is only a truck driver, and may have safety concerns in restarting your furnace.

It is Anytime Fuel Oil's policy to have the deliveryman refer you to a Connecticut Licensed Furnace Repairman when there may be safety concerns. It is unfortunate to hear that other oil companies like Queen Bee do not share these common sense safety concerns in light of the possibilities of carbon monoxide poisoning or worst. If at anytime you or any customer ever has any problems with the staff of Anytime Fuel Oil.

I recently ordered oil from anytime fuel and was very disappointed in the service I received. The driver John was very rude and loud when he was talking to me.

My furnance needed to be reset and this seemed to be quite an inconvience for him. Your employee needs to be taught good customer service will bring customer's back. Alot of people are struggling right now and with the price of oil we can't order it as much as we like sometimes we get to the wire and do run out.

I have since ordered from queen bee oil and had the best service. I will now be ordering from them.Good bye anytime oil hello queen bee.

do i really need to explain ? why do the owners push for cash ?

the customer can simply pay by check or credit card but that's not good enough. the owners want to inconvenience the customer by forcing them to get CASH . not to mention how they push the employees to the brink of a nervous break down .

it was such a hassle for me to buy oil there i will never buy from them again . i am born and raised here in new england and i know what to expect this time of year as far as oil prices but this company is very deceptive
