Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

User's recommendation: I would not recommend Xfinity

Task Management Software is a Scam

AI Highlights
  • Refund denied; they claim a 48-hour refund window.
  • Lacks delete without completing and duplicate tasks; glitches; reviewer calls Any.do a scam.

I used Any.do Task Management Software for roughly 1-week, and then requested a refund, only to have it denied.

They claim that you can only request a refund within 48hrs of the purchase.

If I had known that, I never would've purchased.

For a digital transaction company, to offer such a short refund period, is extremely suspicious.

When I made my refund request, they immediately started making arguments that I should know better, based on their TOS.

Talk about disrespect.

As I was using their software throughout the week, I started to realize that they were lacking important basic features for task management and to-do list softwares.

You can't delete a task, for example, without checking it as complete.

The notification system was also extremely glitched, which was an error I reported ON THE FIRST DAY, and they simply acted like my report was odd.

The longer I used it, the more I started to see that it was a poorly developed platform with a nice UI.

The lacking feature that really upset me was the fact that you can't duplicate tasks.

When I looked at their road-map, that feature request had been place 5yrs ago, and had more than a few hundred votes for requesting development on the feature.

What amazes me is that this software is used by thousands of people, and it's not even as good as the free version it's based on, which is Google Keep.

What they are basically doing is getting people to subscribe, giving them the shortest possible refund time-period, and hoping they won't figure-out that they aren't even worthy of being considered a BETA application.

It's a SCAM! They really have no idea what they're doing.

I ran into so many errors and glitches that I didn't even bother reporting most of them, because it would've been a full-time job.

That's one thing, though, and something that any company can fix, if they actually care about their service, but the refund policy and belligerent customer service is something else entirely.

I wouldn't be here, at-all, if they had just given me my money back.

It's bad business, and it's frankly theft.

I even told them I was going to be making public reports, and it was more important for them to keep my subscription fees, and tell me that I was "stooping low", rather than just treat me with respect, and give me my money-back.

Please share this review, and spread the word.

Any.do Task Management Software is a Scam!!!

User's recommendation: Just use Google Keep, or another premium software, but make-sure they offer a free-trial, and a reasonable refund policy.
