Good Morning, I have called on several occasions and left messages to have an issue resolved, My initial complaint has not been heard or responded to as of yet. I recently had an issue with my 2019 Hyundai Kona.

The vehicle would not start up on several occasions. The vehicle is still under warranty. The problem was every time I would have the vehicle towed the Diagnostic test would give a false reading that nothing was wrong, In March of 2022 I spent over 600.00 dollars on rental vehicles, your service shop called me a week later and stated nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I'm sure once you do the investigation on the situation you will find that the problem is covered under warranty.

The last go around the service center used a different method to find the problem and replaced the starter on the vehicle.

I am very thankful for the agents and service mechanics that that went the extra mile to resolve the problem.

As I stated earlier, I spend over 600.00 or rental cars and the time before this last time I was also made to pay for the diagnostic test because it gave a false positive reading.

I would like to be reimbursed for the diagnostic test that I was made to pay for and for the Rentals that I had to put money out for when all along the problem/starter was covered under the warranty. If this is not a possibility please let me know so that I can move on to higher levels to have the issue resolved.

Preferred solution: I would like to reimburse for the money I had to spend on Rental cars every time the diagnostic test gave a false reading on the Starter that was eventually replaced because it was under warranty

I had a Elantra (93,460 miles). I requested mileage reward service at service part in Antwerpen Hyundai a month ago. (6440 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD 21228) I got a reward prepaid mastercard with $0.01 !! … Somebody made a mistake. I think I left a message but I didn't got a reply yet. I want to get a reward about 40,000 miles ( = 94,896 - 53,978). Thank you.
