Very bad quality unsafe vehicle
I went to court and they have a right ignorant room obnoxious lazy lawyer that works for them and basically came to court almost 4 hours late and then I had to go to another judge and because I said something about the judge and the lawyer and that antics the judge let the lawyer come almost 4 hours basically the next judge didn't really want to hear my case and and basically just threw it out went in their favor

Not right
Got a car from Antwerpen Auto it was on Jun 20 2017 was approve for a loan at Exter the loan was rescinded called Antwerpen in Catonsville was told someone would get back to me no they did not call me on September 1 after they gave me a 30 day temp tag because that how long i had the car from June 20 to September they said i had to return the car and they will give my my down payment because Exter rescinded on the loan September 6 still has not receive my down payment sold my van thinking eveything was ok no communcation at all only to return the car

Most regretful purchase of VW at Pasadena dealership.It is humorous how they try to excel in(phoney) customer service.
They are not nice folks. The winner for a bad dealership for 2016 is: Antwerpen VW.

We went to get used car from celerksville show room
Associate was nice
We test drive 3 vehicles
2 has bad break/wheel problem and one didn't like
When come in for buying the associate send manager for telling price
HE WAS VERY ROUD
He came with printed sheet and ordered this is what price
At some points we disagree and out of that he agree to droop off
Finally he ask our offer but he disagree and say good bye

2012 PRIUS C--TOTAL LOSS!

I Purchased a 2012 Prius in November 2015 with a $2000 CASH Down Payment, as the Toyota Dealer Refused my Way Upside Down Trade In--2003 Volvo V-40 I had Purchased a Year ago! This is not a SCAM! I Really Only have $200.00 in CASH for Downpayment! Please any Amount will Help! I'm not Asking for $2,000 from ONE Person! Please Find it in Your Heart to HELP Me!
I had ONLY Made ONE PAYMENT, when Someone Hit Me on the Left Front Side and Pushed Me 50 Feet!
By the GRACE of GOD, I ONLY had a Few Bruises and a Headache! GOD was Watching Over Me that Day!

Anyways, I went back to Antwerpen Toyota and they Sold me a 2010 Toyota Prius IV with Only 56,000 Miles!
The Catch was I Didn't have another $2,000 for Down Payment! It has been Over 30 Days Now, and they want the Car back! You would think they Could Waive the Down Payment due to my Circumstances!
Also they almost Doubled the Interest Rate from 14% to 24%. The Credit Rating Dropped almost 160 Points!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO YOU OR ANY ONE OF MY FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES, ETC.!

Jack Doesn't Say Yes to Every Deal
I was in a negative equity situation and contacted Antwerpen Volkswagen to see if it would be possible to trade in my car and have the negative equity wrapped into another auto loan. I was contact by their sales rep and once I explained it to him, he basically said that he would check with his boss and see if there was anything they could do.
Never heard back from him. I then get a chirpy e-mail from their Internet sales manager telling me how much my business is valued. I wrote her back and told her that Antwerpen dropped me lot a hot potato. I get an e-mail back from the original sales rep, stating, "ouch, ouch, hot potato, hot potato." Yes, I'm not the best qualified candidate, but deserve better than this.
Insulting. Hope Jack thinks the certified letter he is getting is as funny.

BUYER BEWARE CAR LOAN WITHOUT A CAR. DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST.
Antwerpen Hyundai DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE.
I was told i was not approved for a car by the FI GUY name james and i was to to return the car to the dealership which i did. A month later i get letter from HYUNDAI MOTORS that i have a car loan in my name. them at antwerpen hyundai still tries to get a loan after i return the car. now i have a loan that they want me to pay.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANTWERPEN HYUNDAI OR THERE OTHER DEALERSHIPS. Check their BBB RATING.
BUYER BEWARE.
Antwerpen ruined my credit by getting me approved for the wrong amount at 8%. I had to re-apply which took my loan to 12%.
Also, the sales persons lied and said that my car had a 6 cd changer. It did not. Also, the cars cruise control did not work. I still have not been able to refinance after 2 years because the cars value has decreased so much.
I owe $10,000 but the car is worth about $5,000. I would avoid all of teh Antwerpen's on Route 40.

Well I’m going down to see if I can get into a car and I don’t have the best credit so we will see if what he’s doing is considered false advertisement. I feel if he’s going to put it out there that everyone isn’t turned down and he “says yes” to every deal he should be able to back it up.
Otherwise, he should be opened up to a lawsuit. You cannot go around saying you can do this and not be able to deliver not even if it a come on just to get you in to their place.
