I brought my daughter's wedding gown in on Oct. 2 for cleaning.

I was told it would take 2 weeks, I called after a month and got excuses about that they were busy and that a power outage had put them behind. I called again 2 weeks later and got more excuses. I went in today, Dec. 5 and picked up the gown and got more excuses about them being nervous about cleaning the gown.

The reason I chose them was because their add said they did wedding gowns.

I was not happy. Now I have to start over.
