BUYER-BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTISTS.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE!

This company sells USED and BROKEN Xbox's they clean and re-package and attempt to pass as "Brand New". They have an eBay store set up for this very purpose, as they do not sell lone consoles on their website. Their eBay store is where they offload all their returns and broken consoles on to unsuspecting buyers, whilst hiding behind a "Microsoft Certified" badge. The fact that their Series X console is $20 cheaper than Microsoft should be your key indicator here.

After receiving my console, I immediately started to notice the telltale signs.

1. Smudges on the console.

2. Controller was already paired. (Controllers ALWAYS need to be paired with a brand-new console.)

3.

Console Malfunctions (Malfunctions like random shutdowns. Likely the reason for the original buyer's return)

4. Refusal of communication by ANTOnline when I reached out to them about the issues.5. Microsoft Confirms console is used.

(Elaboration as follows..)

I called Microsoft to purchase the extended warranty, which you ARE allowed to do even when purchasing consoles from a 3rd party barring it is within 45 days of purchase. To my HORROR Microsoft tells me my console can not be warrantied because it was 3 months old. What!? I just bought it a few days ago.

They inform me that this console was powered on and registered months before I ever had it. CONSOLE IS USED (and malfunctioning for that matter.) Now let me tell you, when you are the little guy like me and you work your butt off for months trying to afford a console that costs over $500 this is Nightmare Fuel! Microsoft informed me that a New Xbox should never be opened or powered on even by their 3rd party sellers. They actually wrote me a letter stating that the Xbox had been opened and at the very least powered on and recommended I reach out to the seller (ANTOnline) which is exactly what I did.

ANTOnline REFUSED to respond to ANY of my messages over multiple days, so I was forced to put in for a return. But it's not over. Not even close. After receiving the console back, ANTOnline is refusing to provide me with a refund in full.

They are only approving me $430 which is almost $100 LESS THAN WHAT I PAID!!! I swear on my life they HAVE NOT PROVIDED ANY REASON as to why they are STEALING $100 FROM ME. Nor have the made any attempt to communicate with me in any fashion. You guys PLEASE, pay extra $20 and buy the console from Microsoft directly and SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT.

Don't make the same mistake I did. These consoles are CHEAP for A REASON!

Over the next few weeks I will be working with Microsoft and eBay to resolve this issue. I have put in complaints to Microsoft and requests to have this company's "Authorized Seller" status removed. I am awaiting response from the eBay team on the remainder of my refund fulfillment which I actually am confident I will receive.

As I said I have a letter from Microsoft, so my case here is pretty rock solid and ANTOnline knows this. However, they choose to try and punish me by dragging this out for as long as possible, which is completely pathetic for a company of their size and stature. Al they had to do was communicate. Now they have the console AND MY MONEY.

Next they will SCAM the next mark into purchasing this console for the 3rd or maybe even 4th or 5th time.

DON'T BE THAT MARK. AVOID ANTOnline LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Unbelievable. I bought a gaming pc valued $1500.

When I went to pick the package up at the FedEx facility, my package was not inside the box and it seemed like it was opened and stolen. It looked like someone took what I bought and switched it with a Target box with no labels on it with makeup inside of it. It wa not a $5 item, it was an EXPENSIVE ITEM.

If I could rate you lower, I would. AWFUL customer service.

I purchased a PS5 bundle pack through them online and somehow my apt # wasnt included on the shipping label. So i contacted UPS to update it, and ANT put restrictions on it so i wasnt allowed to update it.

So i called ANT instead and they were everything less than helpful. The girls who answered seemed extremely bothered and unprofessional. They advised me that they only handle issues via email, which fine, but they took forever to reply. I sent them multiple emails because if UPS returned the package to shipper, they wont send the product back, they will refund me.

and as most of you know PS5's are hard to come by. I called multiple times and asked to speak to a manager. The girls refused to connect me with someone. I finally got ahold of UPS and they were so nice to just add my apt #.

THANK YOU UPS. But I will never purchase from this company again.

Someone hacked my account

Someone has hacked my facebook account.

I have entered my account details in third party link then they hacked my account.

Then they access my account & got disabled.

When my facebook account got disabled i gave lost instagram account & pubg account too.

So kindly please help me to get my account back.

I am unable to contact through help center also.

Identify verification is not possible due to less reviewers of my account because of covid19.

Worst Customer Service Experience

I was over the moon excited to be able to snag a PS5 bundle from these guys. Anyone who's tried to get a PS5 this holiday season knows what a *** it can be.

After ordering, I realized that my address was wrong a previous address and reached out to their customer service to have it updated. The response that I received simply stated that they will cancel my order. Now I can almost understand if you are not able to update the address on an order that's been placed...

literally 5 mins ago., but maybe ask the customer if they want their order cancelled or sent to the address originally requested. Give the customer a choice.

antonline refused to accept my return falsely accusing me that I removed the hard disk from the laptop.They don't even respond to me when asked for proof.

I ordered a laptop from antonline through google express on July 23rd. 2019 and I received it on July 30.

When I found that there is a defect on the screen, I called Google Express on Aug. 3rd and they recommended that I return and order a new one and sent me return label. So I ordered a new one and returned the defective one to the merchant as per google express return label.

But antonline send my return back to me. So I contacted Google Express and after multiple calls and chats they said they heard back from the merchant.

Here is the reply

"We've received an update from the returns team and they mentioned that the reason why it was rejected is because after investigating, they found out that the item had been tampered with and the hard drive for the device had been removed. So sorry for the hassle."

I called Google Express and antonline multiple times. Google Express said they can't do anything and asked me to contact the merchant. antonline just creates a ticket everytime I call them and never get back to me.

I asked them for proof for what they are accusing me of, but they are not responding.

When I received the laptop back from them and I inspected it and I can see that its working in perfect condition. I asked them how they determined that the hard disk was removed? I am not getting any reply back from them. I called and emailed them multiple times.

They responded back to me once on sep 3rd. with the following email

"We determined that you had opened the case and removed the hard drive voiding the warranty and your return privilege."

Since then I am trying to get an answer from them about how they determined that I removed the hard drive. But they don't respond to my email or call.

I am very upset that they are falsely accusing me of removing hard disk and not even providing proof. I would never buy anything from them again

ANTOnline shipping lies

ANTOnline (aka Atlanta Network Technology) charged me before shipping the product I ordered. Okay, sure, a lot of companies do that.

The excellent companies (like Amazon) DON'T. What's worse is they charged me the morning after I ordered online but they didn't actually ship the product for a week. If you go to their website they *claim* they have some super-duper smoke-and-mirrors shipping system that gets the product to you earlier but in reality that's ***. They just move it from one of their warehouses to another.

How do I know this? Because the UPS tracking number they provided shows shipping info wasn't even entered for a week!

Once UPS got the package it took the standard time to get here. UPS did their job, ANTOnline lies about when they actually ship a package and charge you before they actually ship it.

I feel your pain. I ordered something from ANTOnline; and when it arrived, it looked like the box had been dropped down several flights of stairs.

It had several holes in the box through which I could fit my fists. I took photos; and after some hassle, I was able to send them to someone at the company to show them the extraordinary damage. They could have cared less. I tried to return it; and after weeks of discussing the issue and trying to resolve it in a business-like manner (since I own one), nothing worked.

They agreed to allow me to return it, which I did; and I received the amount charged, LESS a hefty "re-stocking fee," which of course was never mentioned during any of our 10 conversations about trying to remedy the situation. No one would buy this product as it appeared, and I suspected that it already had been sold once or twice before my sale. I strongly suspect that they will turn right around and sell the product to some other poor unsuspecting soul. I wish I had known about this website a year ago, so the truth would be known about them.

I will NEVER buy from them again, and I have shared the story with several others who have vowed the same and who have spread the word. It was an incredibly unpleasant and dissatisfying experience.
