Abysmal customer service…and refuse Head of CS refuses to escalate complaints

I purchased 2 Antler Clifton suitcases. They suffered unsightly scuffs on the first use.

I contacted Antler. They sent me Pink Stuff to use on my cases to remove the damage. The use of this product has damaged the cases. I got in touch with customer services who repeatedly refused to accept responsibility and dismissed my account of the damage caused, jumping to conclusions, without taking a look at the cases.

I reasonably, I feel, under the circumstances, requested them to collect the cases as the damage is evident, refurbish and return them, or replace them with new ones. They repeatedly blame the airlines when it is the product they provided for use that has damaged the luggage. How do they jump to that conclusion when they have not even looked at the damage the product use has caused? There have been numerous emails exchanged with Antler's CS Head.

He refuses to provide the information required to escalate the complaint to Antler's Head Office. He also refuses to provide the name and address of the Chief Executive of Antler.

Antler does have a consumer responsibility to treat people fairly. Antler has repeatedly disregarded the fact that my complaint is related purely to the fact that the product provided by them to rectify a problem has damaged my luggage and have rejected this without having taken the opportunity to view my cases.
