I have a question about an item I'm interested in

Im needing to know what the weight on your Transom Chandelier is ? I cant find the item # on the description part ,but its priced at $ 698.00 . It states it is a non return item . You sent the wrong item. I notified company several times provided required information and promised it would be handled correctly - still no resolution. Very poor customer service

I did not speak to a customer service representative. I left a message and have not heard back from anyone. I ordered 2 - 3 piece metal crown cloches. One set was damaged as the finals were broken off. I have pictures if needed.
